Established Bay Area artist and winner of the SECA Award in 1975, Mary Snowden explores urban and suburban life from the Forties, Fifties, and Sixties by combining meticulous realism with classic graphic images of products, fashions, and cartoon characters.

Mary Snowden is the Chairperson of the Painting and Drawing Department at the California College of Arts and Crafts.
